BCBA Clinical Supervisor - $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

About the role

Step into leadership as a BCBA Clinical Supervisor with Maxim Healthcare. Enjoy a manageable caseload (20 billable hours/week), monthly bonuses, CEU support, and flexible scheduling for clients receiving in-home Intensive Behavior Support services.

Responsibilities

• Develop treatment plans that recommend individualized, evidenced-based strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors, teach replacement behaviors, and increase independence across activities of daily living.
• Create and implement schedules and routines that are most beneficial for each client’s needs.
• Provide collaborative leadership and guidance to behavioral direct care staff through ongoing communication, coaching, training, and support to promote quality service delivery and professional growth.
• Model the implementation of effective behavior change procedures for families (e.g., Functional Communication Training, Differential Reinforcement of Alternative behaviors without extinction, toileting programs, schedule thinning, demand fading).

Qualifications

• Active license or certification in good standing (e.g., Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Licensed Behavior Analyst).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills.
• Supervisory and behavioral assessment experience preferred.
• Experience providing behavioral services to children and adults preferred.
• Experience in quality management preferred.
• Proficiency in English.

Pay

Salary Range: $105,000 – $115,000 + $6,000 annual bonus paid out monthly. Sign-On Bonus: $10,000.

Schedule

Billable expectation of 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling for in-home services.
