Pay

Salary Range: $105,000 – $115,000 plus a $6,000 annual bonus paid out monthly. Sign-On Bonus: $10,000.

Schedule

Billable expectation of 20 hours per week with flexible in-home scheduling that fits your lifestyle.

About the role

  • Manageable caseload with case variation across children to older adults diagnosed with developmental disabilities and psychiatric disorders
  • Leadership and support from a collaborative team of clinicians and operations professionals

Responsibilities

  • Develop treatment plans that recommend individualized, evidence-based strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors, teach replacement behaviors, and increase independence across activities of daily living
  • Create and implement schedules and routines tailored to each client’s needs
  • Provide collaborative leadership and guidance to behavioral direct care staff through ongoing communication, coaching, training, and support to promote quality service delivery and professional growth
  • Model the implementation of effective behavior change procedures (e.g., FCT, DRA without Extinction, Toileting programs, schedule thinning/demand fading) for families
  • Service funding comes from partnerships with local regional centers to support individuals eligible for Regional Center services

Requirements

  • Active license or certification in good standing (e.g., Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Licensed Behavior Analyst)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills
  • Supervisory and behavioral assessment experience preferred
  • Experience providing behavioral services to children and adults preferred
  • Experience in quality management preferred
  • Proficiency in English
