Pay
Salary Range: $105,000 – $115,000 plus a $6,000 annual bonus paid out monthly. Sign-On Bonus: $10,000.

Schedule

- Manageable caseload with case variation across children to older adults diagnosed with developmental disabilities and psychiatric disorders

Responsibilities
- Develop treatment plans that recommend individualized, evidence-based strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors, teach replacement behaviors, and increase independence across activities of daily living
- Create and implement schedules and routines tailored to each client’s needs
- Provide collaborative leadership and guidance to behavioral direct care staff through ongoing communication, coaching, training, and support to promote quality service delivery and professional growth
- Model the implementation of effective behavior change procedures (e.g., FCT, DRA without Extinction, Toileting programs, schedule thinning/demand fading) for families
- Service funding comes from partnerships with local regional centers to support individuals eligible for Regional Center services
Requirements
- Active license or certification in good standing (e.g., Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Licensed Behavior Analyst)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills
- Supervisory and behavioral assessment experience preferred
- Experience providing behavioral services to children and adults preferred
- Experience in quality management preferred
- Proficiency in English
