BCBA Clinical Supervisor - $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Responsibilities

• Oversee Behavior Respite Services
• Develops treatment plans recommending individualized, evidence-based strategies to reduce challenging behavior and maintain low rates of challenging behavior through the implementation of preferred schedules and routines.
• Model effective behavior change procedures such as FCT, DRA without Extinction, Toileting programs, schedule thinning/demand fading, etc., for families as requested.
• Provide supervisory oversight to Behavioral Direct Care Staff.
• Monitor treatment progress and effectiveness to update treatment plans as needed to support clients' needs and learning styles.
• Assist clients with basic self-help needs and promote independence.
• Support families by managing their caregiving responsibilities and ensuring safety supervision.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, toileting, bathing, dressing, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Active license or certification in good standing (e.g. Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Behavior Analyst, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Family & Marriage Therapist, or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills.
• Supervisory and behavioral assessment experience preferred.
• Experience providing behavioral services to children and adults preferred.
• Experience in quality management preferred.
• Proficiency in the English language.

Pay

$105,000 – $115,000 per year + $6,000 Annual Bonus Potential (paid monthly)
