BCBA Clinical Manager

The BCBA Clinical Manager is the site-level clinical leader at Akoya Behavioral Health, responsible for the clinical utilization and quality of care for all clients at their assigned clinic. This role directly manages and supports Clinical Supervisors, serves as the first line of support for clinical questions and escalations, and maintains an active caseload of their own. Responsibilities
- Serve as the site-level clinical leader responsible for clinical utilization and quality of care for all clients at the assigned clinic
- Directly manage and support Clinical Supervisors
- Act as the first line of support for clinical questions and escalations
- Maintain an active caseload
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Michigan state license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience supervising BCBAs and RBTs
- Experience delivering family-centered ABA care

Pay
Annual Salary: $95,000

8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
