BCBA – Clinic-Based role in Virginia Beach

About the role

A BCBA is needed to provide clinical supervision and consultation to a team of behavior technicians working in a clinic setting. The role involves conducting assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and providing training and support to staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision and consultation to behavior technicians
• Train and support behavior technicians in implementing behavior intervention plans
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Experience in a clinical setting providing behavior analysis services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
• Experience with data collection and analysis
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Passion for helping individuals with autism and related disabilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay
