About the role

Provide high-quality BCBA services in a clinic-based setting. Lead therapy sessions, develop treatment plans, and conduct assessments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Lead therapy sessions with clients
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Valid Virginia BCBA license
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
