About the role
Provide therapy services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support the client’s needs
- Evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Valid Virginia license as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field preferred
- Experience in clinic-based settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Skills
- Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
