Catalyst Behavior Solutions is seeking a passionate and clinically driven Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Who We’re Looking For

  • Current BCBA certification through the BACB
  • Eligible for Minnesota licensure (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field (Behavior Analysis emphasis preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience as a BCBA preferred
  • Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Good problem-solving skills as well as the ability to take direction and work well within a team
  • Physically able to respond quickly from any position, walk quickly or jog short distances, stand on feet for a minimum of 15 minutes, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must pass background check

Requirements
