About the role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced BCBA to join our team at Yellow Bus ABA. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder live their best lives.
Responsibilities
- Providing direct and indirect supervision of Behavior Technicians (BT)
- Offering direct and indirect parent training at clients' homes
- Conducting assessments regarding clients' overall performance
- Designing curriculum, interventions, and behavioral plans for individual clients based on assessment results and data analysis using the Catalyst application
- Reporting summaries of clients' progress, supervision, parent training, and treatment planning regularly
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
- BCBA certification
- NYS LBA certification
- Commitment to working full-time

Pay
Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000 annually
