Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate BCBA to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor at Yellow Bus ABA. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing direct and indirect supervision to Behavior Technicians, conducting assessments, designing curriculum and behavioral plans, and reporting client progress.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect supervision of Behavior Technicians
- Offer direct and indirect parent training at clients' homes
- Conduct assessments regarding clients' overall performance
- Design curriculum, interventions, and behavioral plans for individual clients based on assessment results and data analysis using the Catalyst application
- Report summaries of clients' progress, supervision, parent training, and treatment planning regularly
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
- BCBA certification
- VA LBA
