About the role
At Yellow Bus ABA, we are dedicated to creating an enriching environment where children can flourish and reach their full potential. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in our mission by providing clinical supervision, parent training, and treatment planning to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect supervision of Behavior Technicians (BT)
- Offer direct and indirect parent training at clients' homes
- Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' overall performance
- Design curriculum, interventions, and behavioral plans for individual clients based on assessment results and data analysis using the Catalyst application
- Report summaries of clients' progress, supervision, parent training, and treatment planning regularly
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
- BCBA certification
- VA LBA
- Strong clinical knowledge and experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals and parents to support clients

Pay
Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000
