Advanced Therapy Clinic provides ABA, ST, OT, PT, and Nutrition Therapy to children with a variety of disabilities or delays. We help clients and families in our centers, in homes, and in the community. Our goal is to bring ABA and our other therapies to as many clients as possible across multiple locations as we expand rapidly but carefully.
About the role
We are looking for a BCBA to join our team and help support our clients with their needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, be creative in their treatment plans, and have excellent communication and leadership skills. The BCBA will supervise BCaBAs and RBTs, coordinate and provide ABA services, conduct functional analyses and assessments, implement behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and teach adaptive life skills. This is an excellent opportunity to head our growing ABA program.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments of clients and develop and follow treatment plans.
- Assess home and school environments of clients and decide what adjustments are needed.
- Educate caregivers and family members of clients on patient care.
- Evaluate results and progress of ABA therapy on clients.
- Maintain professional knowledge and technical progress to provide clients and families with the best treatment program available.
- Supervise BCaBAs and RBTs.
Requirements
- Graduate-level certification in Behavior Analysis.
- Certified by the National Board for Certification.
- Compliant with state healthcare regulatory requirements.
- Up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices and behavior therapy programs.
Skills
