About the role
We are seeking a Per Diem Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with evening shift availability in the Toms River, NJ area.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments (including Functional Behavior Assessments)
- Write comprehensive initial and ongoing behavior and skills assessment reports, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans and ABA therapy programs
- Maintain CEU requirement and BCBA credential with Behavior Analytic Certification Board (BACB)
- Provide consultation, training, and supervision to parents, school personnel, and therapeutic support staff
- Provide field supervision of Registered Behavior / ABA Therapists in accordance with BACB standards
Requirements
- Board certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA, BCBA-D)
- Behavior Specialist/BCBA License for assigned state(s)
- 1+ years of professional experience as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working with clients with ASD
- Experience using ABLLS, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland and QABF, MAS, FAST and Functional Behavior Assessments
Qualifications
- Experience with ABA therapy and behavior intervention planning
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform tasks including prolonged periods of walking, running, standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, and stooping
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Schedule
Evening shift of 3pm-6pm, with estimated 50% travel, dependent on need. Travel is local and between the hours of 7am and 7pm, depending upon the assigned caseload.
