About Helping Hands Family
Helping Hands Family (HHF) is a top-rated ABA provider in the Northeast, built by clinicians for clinicians. We believe every community deserves a helping hand.
Why HHF is Different
Clinical Excellence is our Core: Every region and BCBA has direct access to our Quality and Training Teams—tenured BCBAs who provide hands-on mentorship to help clients and families achieve the best possible outcomes. Our Vineland scores consistently demonstrate top-tier capability. Our BCBAs meet monthly for clinical peer reviews. You'll work in clinic with peer BCBAs while having autonomy and variety to use your clinical skills to see clinical outcomes.
Care for Our Clinical Team: Our fellowship program consistently sees fellows pass their BCBA exam the first time—100% of our fellows have passed in the last 9 months. All Behavior Technicians are required to obtain their RBT certification, so you’ll be working with qualified, committed colleagues (90%+ of our RBT hires pass the RBT certification exam). We offer three weeks of PTO so you can care for yourself. Clinical Supervisors hold a minimal caseload, so they can support you and your clients.
Care for Our Clients: Our fully equipped clinics include sensory rooms, therapy tools, and gross motor rooms to bring treatment plans to life. We foster a collaborative clinical environment that encourages learning, growth, and shared problem-solving. We support clients with special moments like pictures with Santa, field trips, and family outings.
