About the role
WonderWay ABA is looking for a passionate and experienced BCBA to join our team!
If you’re someone who truly cares about helping kids with Autism thrive, loves collaborating with families and RBTs.
Responsibilities
- Assessments and write up treatment plans
- Supervise clients and RBTs
- Review client data to track progress and adjust plans as needed
- Coach and support families on how to follow treatment strategies at home
- Keep in regular contact with clients, families, and our clinical team
- Be responsive, supportive, and ready to help however you can
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher (required)
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- U.S.-based and eligible to work in the U.S. (required)
Qualifications
- BCBA certification (must have)
- Master’s degree in ABA or a related field (preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience working with kids with autism (preferred)
- Comfortable using digital tools and video conferencing
- Great communication and time-management skills
- Able to stay organized and work independently
