Responsibilities

  • Design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy
  • Aim to set each individual up for the most success
  • Use a neuroaffirming, assent-based approach and focus on trauma-informed, ethical care
  • Grow in your clinical repertoire or reach the next one of your career goals
  • Enjoy realistic caseloads, consistent schedules, quarterly bonus program, flexible schedules, co-treatment sessions, and strong RBT training
  • Support families through family conversations
  • Provide care that is supervised by a BCBA and implemented by RBTs

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree encompassing behavior analytic content
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
  • Must have state licensure or be eligible to obtain state licensure
  • Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)

Pay
