Responsibilities
- Design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy
- Aim to set each individual up for the most success
- Use a neuroaffirming, assent-based approach and focus on trauma-informed, ethical care
- Grow in your clinical repertoire or reach the next one of your career goals
- Enjoy realistic caseloads, consistent schedules, quarterly bonus program, flexible schedules, co-treatment sessions, and strong RBT training
- Support families through family conversations
- Provide care that is supervised by a BCBA and implemented by RBTs
Requirements
- Master’s Degree encompassing behavior analytic content
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Must have state licensure or be eligible to obtain state licensure
- Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)

Pay
- Up to $110,000 + quarterly bonus opportunities
Schedule
- No nights or weekends
- Flexible schedules, including work-from-home days
