BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst

About the role

Kore Autism Services (Kore) has provided in-home and community-based ABA therapy services in Houston, TX since 2022. In spring 2026 Kore opened its first center. The company values clinical collaboration and is committed to functional, creative, high-quality ABA therapy. This is an in‑person BCBA role in Houston, TX, with the possibility of providing in‑home, community‑based, and/or center‑based services at the new center in Bellaire, TX.

Responsibilities

• Weekly meetings to discuss cases and provide support to other clinicians
• Monthly collaboration with Kore’s Clinical Director
• Maintain a caseload averaging 6‑8 clients (ages 2‑10)
• Aim for 25 billable hours each week within a 40‑hour work week
• Contribute to company culture and policy
• Participate in professional development and potential leadership pathways (center director, assistant clinical/center director, quality assurance, training, etc.)

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Texas License Behavior Analyst (LBA)
• Texas Medicaid ID #

Pay

Pay Range: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year

Bonus for Full‑Time BCBAs with Texas Medicaid ID #: $5,000 distributed throughout the year, quarterly

Schedule

Full‑Time: 40 hours per week (approximately 25 billable hours each week)

Location: Houston, TX (in‑person) with possible services at the new center in Bellaire, TX
