Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Mentor RBTs, Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Analyze data and adjust interventions
- Deliver high-quality, ethical ABA services
Requirements
- Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Valid BCBA certification and licensure in applicable states

Total Compensation: $85,000 – $110,000 Base salary + achievable bi-weekly rewards based on client engagement
