Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Mentor RBTs, Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
• Analyze data and adjust interventions
• Deliver high-quality, ethical ABA services

Requirements

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Valid BCBA certification and licensure in applicable states

Pay

Total Compensation: $70,125 - $109,938 Base salary + achievable bi-weekly rewards based on client engagementBonus model designed by clinicians (not corporate metrics)
