About the role
Provides behavioral intervention services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior plans
- Conduct functional behavior assessments
- Train staff on behavior management techniques
- Evaluate progress towards behavior goals
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and/or developmental disabilities
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
