About the role

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will provide behavior analytic services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. You will design and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and train staff and families to support positive behavioral outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to inform treatment planning and progress monitoring.
  • Train staff and families in evidence-based practices to support positive behavioral outcomes.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
  • Stay current with research and best practices in behavior analysis.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from an accredited program.
  • A BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Experience working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
  • Knowledge of functional behavior assessment and intervention strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Experience with data collection and analysis using standardized assessment tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Passion for improving the quality of life for individuals with autism and related disorders.
