BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
About the Role
Join a team that supports its BCBAs with manageable caseloads, strong administrative support, and flexibility. This position offers 75% remote flexibility, with approximately 25% of your time spent providing in-person supervision to clients and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Our administrative team handles scheduling, authorizations, intake, and client coordination so you can focus on delivering high-quality clinical care.
What You'll Do
- Manage a small, quality-focused caseload.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise, mentor, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCaBAs.
- Analyze client progress and make data-driven clinical decisions.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary providers.
- Complete treatment plans, supervision notes, and clinical documentation in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with Maryland regulations and payer requirements.
Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Active Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
- Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.
- Ability to provide approximately 25% in-person supervision while completing the remaining responsibilities remotely.
