About the Role

Join a team that supports its BCBAs with manageable caseloads, strong administrative support, and flexibility. This position offers 75% remote flexibility, with approximately 25% of your time spent providing in-person supervision to clients and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Our administrative team handles scheduling, authorizations, intake, and client coordination so you can focus on delivering high-quality clinical care.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a small, quality-focused caseload.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCaBAs.
  • Analyze client progress and make data-driven clinical decisions.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary providers.
  • Complete treatment plans, supervision notes, and clinical documentation in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with Maryland regulations and payer requirements.

Qualifications

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Active Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
  • Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.
  • Ability to provide approximately 25% in-person supervision while completing the remaining responsibilities remotely.
