About the role

The Clinical Staff – Georgia BCBA position offers a hybrid work schedule combining both in-person and remote work options. This role is based in multiple locations across Georgia and North Carolina.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans for clients
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments to inform interventions
  • Train and supervise other staff members
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Document client progress and outcomes in a timely manner

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • A Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Current license to practice in the state(s) where you will be working
  • Passing score on the BACB exam

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis software
