About the role
The Clinical Staff – Georgia BCBA position offers a hybrid work schedule combining both in-person and remote work options. This role is based in multiple locations across Georgia and North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans for clients
- Conduct functional behavior assessments to inform interventions
- Train and supervise other staff members
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Document client progress and outcomes in a timely manner
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- A Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Current license to practice in the state(s) where you will be working
- Passing score on the BACB exam
