About the role

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, be creative in their treatment plans, and have excellent communication and leadership skills. The BCBA will be responsible for supervision of our BCaBA’s and RBT’s as well as coordinating and providing services in ABA, functional analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reductions procedures and adaptive life skills.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise BCaBA’s and RBT’s
  • Coordinate and provide services in ABA, functional analyses and assessment
  • Behavior acquisition and reductions procedures
  • Adaptive life skills

Requirements

  • Graduate-level certification in Behavior Analysis
  • Certified by the National Board for Certification
  • Compliant with state healthcare regulatory requirements
  • Possess up to date knowledge of treatment practices and behavior therapy programs

Qualifications

  • Funny and energetic, with a genuine interest in working with children and adolescents
  • Patience and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work well with others and independently
  • Flexibility and fluid with managing a caseload
  • Conducting assessments of clients and developing and following treatment plans
  • Educating caregivers and family members of clients on patient care
  • Evaluating results and progress of ABA therapy on clients
  • Maintaining professional knowledge and the technical progress in order to provide clients and families with the best treatment program available
