BCBA- Behavior Analyst & LBS

About the role

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on data-driven decision making.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
• Conduct assessments and provide training to staff members.
• Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in behavior analysis.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or closely related field.
• Valid BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of functional behavior assessment and intervention strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
