BCBA- Behavior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support
• Conduct assessments and provide training to staff members
• Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in behavior analysis

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Valid BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities
• Strong knowledge of functional behavior assessment and positive behavior support strategies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
