BCBA/BCaBA - Early & Elementary ABA

About the role

We’re growing our Somers Point team and looking for BCBAs and BCaBAs who genuinely love working with younger learners and want to be part of a supportive, collaborative, and fun clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Supervise and support ABA Therapists and RBTs
• Provide meaningful caregiver and staff training
• Collaborate with families, teachers, CST members, related service providers, and others
• Support skill development through naturalistic and play-based approaches
• Facilitate social skills programming and group support
• Review data, monitor progress, and complete clinical documentation
• Provide hands-on clinical support when needed
• Create positive, engaging, and supportive environments for both clients and staff

Requirements

• BCBA or BCaBA in good standing
• Experience working with early learners or elementary-aged clients
• Enjoy mentoring and supporting direct staff
• Collaborative rather than overly rigid or “checklist-focused”
• Comfortable leading parent and staff trainings
• Appreciate autonomy while still wanting strong team support
• Want to help shape and grow a developing team

Qualifications

• Master’s-level consultants working toward certification are also encouraged to apply

Pay

• BCaBA: Starting at $40/hour
• BCBA: Starting at $45/hour
