Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans using ABA principles.
- Design, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Collect, analyze, and interpret client data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Provide supervision, coaching, and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA staff, as applicable.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, educators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Provide caregiver education and support to encourage skill generalization across environments.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, progress notes, and reports in compliance with HIPAA and payer requirements.
- Participate in intake evaluations, treatment planning meetings, and interdisciplinary team discussions.
- Ensure services are delivered ethically and in accordance with BACB standards and Washington State regulations.
- Travel within Whatcom County to provide home-based services.
- Contribute to the growth and success of a collaborative ABA practice through professionalism and high-quality clinical care.
Requirements
- Current BCBA or BCaBA certification.
- Washington State license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Ability to meet insurance payer credentialing requirements.
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and evidence-based interventions.
- Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in home-based settings.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience providing ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or clinical staff.
- Familiarity with EMR systems and electronic data collection platforms.
- Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Monday-Friday.
