The ideal candidate brings a robust background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), a collaborative spirit when partnering with families and educators, and an unwavering commitment to ethical, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure consistent intervention strategies across home, school, and clinical environments.
  • Maintain meticulous, up-to-date patient records, progress notes, and medical documentation in strict compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Educate and support families and caregivers on behavior management techniques and practical at-home strategies.
  • Ensure all clinical practices adhere to the ethical guidelines and professional standards established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

  • Current, active certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Proven experience in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and working directly with children or individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, with scheduling flexibility and reliable transportation required for on-site client assessments and evaluations.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, special education practices, and clinical documentation.
  • Proficiency in collecting behavioral data and managing electronic medical records (EMR) in compliance with HIPAA standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate with families.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, patient-centered care, confidentiality, and ongoing professional development.
