Futures, a part of the Sevita family, provides community and center-based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other related disorders. About the role

As a BCBA in our Centers, you will work with diagnosing and performing Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs). You will be an important team member working closely with a Behavior Technician to carry forward your treatment plans and document in Central Reach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans
• Create treatment plans that promote measurable growth and independence
• Train and support caregivers, RBTs, and staff
• Provide services in center-based, home, community, and clinical settings

Requirements

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Active BCBA Certification & LABA License (required)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach

Pay

Starting salary: $95,000 annually. Sign-on bonus: $10,000.

Schedule

• 8:30 AM–3:30 PM or 10:30 AM–5:30 PM
• Preschool client hours: 8:30 AM–2:30 PM
• After-school client hours: 2:30 PM–5:30 PM
