About the role
The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst designs skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs for children diagnosed with autism. They supervise and professional develop Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), coach and mentor a team of dedicated RBTs, and participate in company meetings, trainings, case reviews, and CEU events.
Responsibilities
- Design skill acquisition programs that teach learning, language, social, and adaptive behaviors.
- Utilize in-house clinical practice software, RMAPP.
- Develop individualized behavior plans to intervene and reduce challenging behaviors.
- Schedule supervision, training, and mentoring of a team of RBTs.
- Conduct parent trainings to ensure generalization of treatment results.
Requirements
- Master's degree (Required).
- One year of experience in applied behavior analysis (Preferred).
Qualifications
- BCBA (Board Certified Behavioral Analyst) Certification; state licensure if required by state law.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in RMAPP software.

$70,000 - $75,000 per year.
