About the role

The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst designs skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs for children diagnosed with autism. They supervise and professional develop Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), coach and mentor a team of dedicated RBTs, and participate in company meetings, trainings, case reviews, and CEU events.

Responsibilities

• Design skill acquisition programs that teach learning, language, social, and adaptive behaviors.
• Utilize in-house clinical practice software, RMAPP.
• Develop individualized behavior plans to intervene and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Schedule supervision, training, and mentoring of a team of RBTs.
• Conduct parent trainings to ensure generalization of treatment results.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Required).
• One year of experience in applied behavior analysis (Preferred).

Qualifications

• BCBA (Board Certified Behavioral Analyst) Certification; state licensure if required by state law.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.

• Proficiency in RMAPP software.

Pay

$70,000 - $75,000 per year.

Schedule

8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
