About the Role

Path 2 Potential, LLC, New York's fastest growing Autism Treatment company, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is dually Licensed as a Behavior Analyst (LBA) to join our team providing school-based and in-home ABA services in Queens borough.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and/or continuing client (re)assessments using VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLLS, Vineland, etc.
• Develop treatment plans and Behavior Intervention plans for clientele.
• Supervise ongoing ABA programs.
• Provide parent training (if applicable).
• Manage clients and therapists on assigned cases.
• Oversee data collection (currently using Catalyst).

Qualifications

• Current BCBA and LBA certification.
• At least 2 years of home-based or school ABA experience.
• Master's Degree in ABA or related field (e.g., Special Education, Child Psychology).
• Familiarity with and ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments such as VB-MAPP, AFLS, ABLLS, ADOS-2, etc.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment; ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment.

Pay

Starting rate of $90 per hour.
