About the role

This role offers 75% remote flexibility, with approximately 25% of your time spent providing in-person supervision to support clients and RBTs. Our administrative team handles scheduling, authorizations, intake, and other operational tasks so you can focus on delivering outstanding clinical care.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small, quality-focused caseload.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCaBAs.
• Analyze client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers.
• Complete treatment plans and documentation in a timely manner.
• Maintain compliance with Maryland regulations and payer requirements.

Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Active Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to provide approximately 25% in-person supervision while completing the remaining responsibilities remotely.
