About The Role

As a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA), you will work in a hybrid model with a mix of in-home supervision and 75% remote flexibility. A strong admin team handles operational tasks, allowing you to focus on quality care. You will oversee clinical programming for a small caseload, conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs and Behavior Technicians (BTs)
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
• Complete documentation and treatment plans in a timely manner
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency of care
• Maintain compliance with Maryland and insurance requirements

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Active Maryland LBA
• Experience in ABA therapy and supervision
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-home + remote)
