About Us
At Behavioral Innovations, we’re more than just a company; we’re a family. With over 25 years of experience, we’ve created a nurturing environment where BCBAs can thrive in their careers while making a difference. Our leadership, including our founders and experienced BCBAs, remains deeply involved in guiding our mission to prioritize the well-being of our clients and their families. We operate 100+ centers across Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Virginia, Maryland, and North Carolina, serving children with autism ages 18 months to 10 years. Recognized nationally for our clinical excellence, we are proud of our accolades, including the 2021 Clinical Excellence Award and 2023 Company of the Year.
