Responsibilities

• Focus on clinical quality, including supervision, programming, and family collaboration.
• Utilize structured clinical frameworks and automated tools to reduce administrative burden.
• Engage in ongoing clinical development and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• State Licensure (if applicable).
• Strong analytical and clinical decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Commitment to ethical, high-quality ABA services.

Pay

Competitive salary range: $89,500 - $101,500, reflecting your skills and experience.
