Job Summary
At Alight Behavioral Therapy, we provide personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, all designed to help children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential. As a BCBA - In-Person Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home ABA therapy sessions with children on the autism spectrum, utilizing evidence-based treatment plans and protocols
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, including behavioral assessments, functional analysis, and skill acquisition strategies
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency across all environments
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions, including session notes, progress reports, and billing information
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to stay current with best practices and industry advancements
Requirements
- NC LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and treatment approaches
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
