Pay

$90,000–$102,000 annually, plus up to $30,000 in annual performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customized ABA programs tailored to each child’s unique needs.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure high-quality care and support.
• Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians in delivering direct services.
• Use cutting-edge data collection software to evaluate and update client progress reports.
• Engage with a cross-functional team to advance ACES’ mission of excellence.

Requirements

• Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing client programs, preferably in the ABA industry.
• Enthusiasm for training, managing, and supporting entry-level staff.
• Compliance with criminal background check, TB test, and immunization requirements.
• Passion for enhancing the quality of life for individuals and families affected by autism and special needs.
