About the role

As a BCBA, you will craft tailored ABA programs, collaborate with families and clinicians, mentor Behavior Technicians, track progress using cutting-edge data collection software, and engage with a dynamic cross-functional team committed to fulfilling ACES’ mission of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customized ABA programs to meet the unique needs of each child.
• Work closely with families and fellow clinicians to ensure the highest quality of care and support.
• Lead and guide Behavior Technicians to deliver exceptional direct services.
• Utilize cutting-edge data collection software to evaluate and update client progress reports.
• Engage with a cross-functional team to advance ACES’ mission.

Requirements

• Hold a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or be about to sit for your BCBA exam.
• Demonstrate proficiency in developing and implementing client programs, preferably within the ABA industry.
• Possess enthusiasm for training, managing, and supporting entry-level staff.
• Meet requirements for criminal background check, TB test, and immunizations.
• Share our dedication to enhancing the quality of life for individuals and families affected by autism and special needs.

Pay

Starting at $90,000–$110,000 annually, plus up to $30,000 in annual incentives based on performance. Additional financial opportunities include:

• Sign-on, retention, and relocation incentives (up to $7,500 in relocation assistance).
• Referral bonuses up to $3,000 for qualified candidates.
