Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments & create treatment plans
- Provide caregiver guidance & family support
- Supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs
- Develop & implement behavior support plans
- Collect and analyze data to drive outcomes
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Requirements
- Active BCaBA certification (BACB & state, if applicable)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Strong communication & leadership skills
- Experience as a practicing BCaBA preferred

Hours of operations: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Pay
Competitive Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000 / year
