Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans
• Provide caregiver guidance and family support
• Supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs
• Develop and implement behavior support plans
• Collect and analyze data to drive outcomes
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Requirements

• Active BCaBA certification (BACB & state, if applicable)
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience as a practicing BCaBA preferred

Pay

$80,000 - $85,000 / year plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
