Bay Technician

About the Role

Tiffin Motorhomes specializes in manufacturing luxury, hand-crafted RVs since 1971 and is accepting applications for full-time bay technicians at the Bob Tiffin Service Center. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair RV electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and quality standards.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of RV electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to lift and/or pull 25-50 pounds.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment involving climbing, walking, twisting, etc.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing assembly or service setting preferred; construction experience will also be considered.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality and safety.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (weekends on occasion).
