Job Title: BAW L2 Production Support Engineer Location: Hopkins, MN - Onsite Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract Salary: $100K base + 10% QPLC Contract Rate: $55/hour C2C or $50/hour W2 (maximum) Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and triage L2 production support tickets.Identify and fix data-related issues to ensure smooth business operations.Design, develop, and test enhancements and bug fixes.Support production deployments and resolve application issues.Collaborate with multiple technical teams and business users. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW).Experience in L2 production support and troubleshooting.Ability to handle production incidents, enhancements, and bug fixes.Java and React experience is a plus.Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
