Bausch Towers Aluminum Welder/Fabricator

About the role

We are seeking full-time motivated workers to join our company. Anodized-aluminum welder/fabricators with preferred experience in the marine industry are needed to fabricate tuna towers, railings, and accessories.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate tuna towers, railings, and accessories using anodized-aluminum welding techniques.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write clearly and legibly.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Valid and clean drivers license.
• Able to stand and work for 10 hours a day.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and physical.

Qualifications

• 5 years of welding experience preferred.
