Position Summary
Essential Functions
- Reads work order and observes truck in operation to determine malfunction and plan work procedures.
- Makes mechanical repairs to equipment after a complete inspection and analysis of breakdown has been completed.
- Writes complete repair description on work order, including model and serial number of equipment and records hour meter reading.
- Records all pertinent battery information on work order, including specific gravity readings, load test results, etc.
- Turns all paperwork into the shop service coordinator daily, including work orders, time cards, etc.
