Bathroom Renovation - Vanity & Countertop

Responsibilities

• Install bathroom vanity cabinet, ensuring proper wall anchoring and level installation
• Set and secure countertop (granite, quartz, or marble)
• Cut and finish sink opening in countertop
• Mount undermount or vessel sink with clips and sealant
• Connect plumbing, including drain and supply lines
• Verify vanity dimensions fit layout; position and shim for level
• Secure vanity to wall studs
• Install filler strips and scribe panels
• Set countertop with adhesive
• Apply silicone at countertop-to-wall junction
• Install cabinet hardware
• Test drawers and doors for proper function
