Responsibilities
- Protect adjacent rooms during renovation
- Demolish existing fixtures
- Inspect and prepare framing
- Install plumbing rough-in
- Install electrical rough-in
- Install backer board
- Apply waterproofing
- Install tile (walls and floors)
- Install vanity and countertop
- Install shower/tub unit
- Install finish plumbing (fixtures, faucets, etc.)
- Install finish electrical (lighting, outlets, switches)
- Install accessories (mirrors, towel bars, etc.)
- Paint walls and ceilings
- Apply caulk to seams and edges
- Complete final inspection
