Bath Multi Real - Painting & Caulking

Responsibilities

• Prep surfaces: fill holes, sand, and dust
• Apply primer to new drywall and bare surfaces
• Apply two coats of moisture-resistant paint to walls and ceiling
• Cut in around tile, fixtures, and trim
• Install silicone caulk at all wet-area transitions, including:
  • Tub-to-tile
  • Shower-to-tile
  • Vanity-to-wall
  • Toilet base
• Ensure clean lines, proper adhesion, and smooth, continuous caulk lines
• Clean up drips and residue
