Bath Portal Test - Painting & Caulking

Scope of Work

• Apply primer and two coats of moisture-resistant paint to all bathroom walls and ceiling
• Apply primer to new drywall and bare surfaces
• Cut in around tile, fixtures, and trim
• Install silicone caulk at all wet-area transitions including tub-to-tile, shower-to-tile, vanity-to-wall, and toilet base
• Caulk shower corners
• Ensure clean lines and proper adhesion
• Ensure smooth, continuous caulk lines
• Prep surfaces — fill holes, sand, dust
• Clean up drips and residue
