Batching Operator Lead

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of new water purification technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Monitor and analyze water quality data to identify trends and potential issues.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local community organizations and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in water treatment or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with water quality testing and analysis.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with water treatment equipment and systems.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
