Role Summary

Coach young athletes in their development toward peak performance and sports skills mastery using our proven science-based curriculum applied through your competitive athletic experience. Teach, train and mentor 7-18 years old athletes as they build their skill and attain their goals.

Mandatory Requirements

• Outgoing/Extroverted personality to mentor and motivate eager young athletes as well as educate their parents.
• Degree in kinesiology, human performance, exercise physiology, coaching, psychology or similar science is recommended.
• NCAA Basketball Athlete while attending college is a MUST.
• Obtaining NSCA-CSCS Certification, NASM-PES or USA-W (Or within 90 days of hire) is a must.
• Strong Desire to build a coaching career in the local sports community.
